Yes. We're onboarding early customers now, so rather than a self-serve trial we set you up directly — tell us what you want to build and we'll give you hands-on access and walk you through what fits. No credit card, no pressure.

Security is built into how we architect Sodiac. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with role-based access controls and audit logging on model activity. We are an early-stage company building toward formal certification — if your procurement process requires SOC 2 or a security questionnaire, talk to us and we will walk you through our current controls and roadmap. Where needed, we can also deploy on-premise so your data never leaves your own infrastructure.

In most cases, yes. Sodiac is built to connect with the tools you already use — CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses, and messaging platforms — through APIs and custom connectors we build for your setup. Tell us your stack and we'll confirm what's ready today and what we'd build for you.

Every customer gets direct access to our team — we're small enough that you'll talk to the people actually building the product. For production deployments we agree clear response and support expectations up front, in writing.
